Booking & Deposit Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat in any course or program.
- Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit or full payment is received.
- The deposit ensures your reserved space and administrative processing.
Cancellation by Participant
- If you cancel your participation, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Any remaining balance paid (excluding deposit) may be:
- Transferred to a future course (subject to approval), or
- Partially refunded depending on the timing of cancellation.
No-Show Policy
- If a participant does not attend the course without prior notice (no-show), no refund or transfer will be provided.
After Course Commencement
- Once the course or program has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Leaving the course voluntarily or due to personal reasons will not qualify for any refund.
Cancellation or Changes by Bodhika Yogshala
In rare cases where Bodhika Yogshala must cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Participants may choose to transfer to another available date, or
- Receive a refund of the amount paid (excluding transaction charges, if any).
The school is not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation booked externally.
6. Special Circumstances
- In cases of medical emergencies or exceptional situations, requests for transfers may be considered at management discretion.
- Valid documentation may be required.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.
- Any bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Booking deposits
- Registration fees
- Administrative charges
- Any used portion of the course or services
