Yin Yoga Practice & Technique
In this class students learn how to practice Yin Yoga postures according to the fundamental principles of Yin Yoga. The practice primarily consists of seated, supine, and passive postures held for extended periods of time, allowing the body to gradually release tension and access deeper connective tissues.

Traditional Yoga Practices
Yang Yoga refers to more active styles of practice that develop strength, circulation and mobility. Throughout the training, students will experience different Yang-based classes, which may include Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga and Aerial Yoga.

Three vegetarian nutritious, healthy and sattvic meal per day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Our simple yogic diet food is perfect for nourishing the mind, body and soul. Herbal teas are served twice a day.

- Lunch: offers rice with lentils, seasonal vegetables, and salad.
