Enrollment & Agreement
- All students must complete the registration process before joining any course or retreat.
- Enrollment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies of Bodhika Yogshala.
- The school reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time without prior notice.
Payment & Refund Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat in any program.
- In case of cancellation by the student, the deposit is non-refundable, but it may be adjusted for a future course (validity period may apply).
- Full or partial refunds are not applicable once the course has started.
- In rare emergency cases, course dates may be rescheduled upon approval.
- Bodhika Yogshala is not responsible for cancellations due to travel issues, personal reasons, or unforeseen circumstances before arrival.
(This aligns with common yoga school practices where deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable)
Code of Conduct
To maintain a disciplined and yogic environment, students are expected to:
- Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
- Follow the daily schedule and attend all classes and sessions.
- Maintain punctuality; late entry may not be permitted.
- Practice ahimsa (non-violence), honesty, and mindfulness in behavior.
- Keep personal and shared spaces clean and organized.
Lifestyle & Discipline Guidelines
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- A sattvic (pure vegetarian) lifestyle is encouraged throughout the program.
- Silence and mindfulness should be maintained during designated hours.
- Inform the management in advance if you plan to skip meals or classes.
Attendance & Certification
- Students must attend all mandatory classes, workshops, and activities.
- Certification will only be granted upon successful completion of the course requirements.
- Absence without valid reason may affect eligibility for certification.
Accommodation & Visitors
- Accommodation is provided only to registered students.
- Guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
- Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and respecting shared living spaces.
Health & Safety
- Students should inform the school of any medical conditions prior to joining.
- Participation in yoga practices is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Bodhika Yogshala is not liable for injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
